Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Provide timely feedback and approvals during the project
• Make payments according to the agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. MRZ-Digital retains the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-client-specific code. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

Limitation of Liability

MRZ-Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
